The great migration

This is Clicker32. Ashtyn made me a site admin a few years ago, so I could help maintain it. Unfortunately, Ashtyn hasn't been online in several years; according to her profile, her last visit here was in 2013. I hope her life is going well!

Anyway, since then, I've kept maintaining this site. This consists mostly of fixing dead links, and adding new ones submitted by visitors.

I'm afraid I now bring some bad news: Webs (or, as it was known when this site was first created, Freewebs) is shutting down on 31 March 2021. I do not find this particularly surprising, as there have been no meaningful updates to the Webs software in years. The old SiteBuilder hasn't had any new features in years, and frequently glitches out in modern web browsers.

Regardless, the shutdown is just over three months away, which would mean the deletion of Clicks4Charity. Therefore, the time has come to migrate to a new platform.

Currently the new site is still in beta, and a lot of information is still missing, which I intend to migrate over the next few weeks. Pages will be moved to the "archive" section of the old site as they are migrated, with a link to the new site.

Some features, such as the forum, and the main page shoutbox, may be lost, but I am exploring alternatives. But the main website, along with all its links, will be preserved for years to come.
